I’ve spent my career building companies, leading teams, and creating exceptional work within the home building industry — with a particular focus on the luxury interiors world. Since entering the industry in 1994, I’ve had the opportunity to lead across a wide range of disciplines, from design and project management to branding, sales, operations, and executive leadership. What has remained constant throughout every chapter of my career is a deep passion for creating spaces, details, and environments that feel thoughtful, timeless, and genuinely exceptional. I believe that’s evident in the body of my work.

From 1996 to 2005, I founded and operated a Michigan-based handcrafted furniture company where craftsmanship, proportion, materiality, and design integrity were at the center of everything we created. I later joined Mark Casserly Architectural Woodworking, serving in leadership roles across business management, sales, marketing, finishing, and design from 2005 to 2007.

In 2007, I launched a Nashville-based handcrafted furniture company that I owned and operated through 2014, continuing to refine an approach rooted in collaboration, creativity, and highly customized work. I’ve always believed the best projects begin with a strong design vision and are brought to life through discipline, communication, and an uncompromising commitment to quality. Every project presents an opportunity to create something distinctive — not simply well-built, but deeply considered in both form and function.

From 2014 to 2019, I served as Managing Partner of Austin Bryant Moore, where I led projects, shaped company vision, strengthened client relationships, and oversaw operations at the highest level. Throughout my career, I’ve remained closely involved in nearly every aspect of the work — from conceptual design direction and branding to project execution and operational leadership — while serving in COO and interim CEO capacities.

Since 2020, I’ve partnered with Julian and Sons, based in Arkansas, to continue developing refined, highly customized projects that blend craftsmanship, creativity, and elevated execution. I’m passionate about creating work that not only meets expectations but exceeds the original vision imagined at the beginning of the process.

What continues to drive me is the opportunity to create meaningful work, build lasting relationships, and bring thoughtful ideas to life alongside talented people who care deeply about what they do. I’m incredibly proud of what I’ve built throughout my career, and equally inspired by what still lies ahead.
